Ingreiant : maida (500 gm) , ghee (300 gm ),  sugar power (300 gm).

* prosider ; first mix maida , ghee & sugar power after mix it porperly them shape small round & put it on tary & back it on oven after baking in porperly and cool  down it after that our cukies is ready .

* observetion: 1) when we wait for cooling of nanket '& after baking it will be crspy& hard.
